We develop form cutters to serve our customer’s special needs. As an example the special porting tool pictured was developed for manufacturing the valve seats of Hummer’s engine heads. This tool is solid carbide coolant through with 4 straight flutes and center cutting. It has a .0002″ OD tolerance and a TiAlN PVD coating.
