With our 6-axis fully automated Rollomatic pinch and peel grinder, we have pushed the manufacturing of punches to a new level. The built in Marposs gauging system and auto-compensation ensures all diameters are maintained within 0.0001” (0.0025mm) continuously, achieving a Ra2 µinch or better.

In a progressive stamping die, tolerance of the gauge length, from the top of punch to the chamfer, usually is critical. We offer a +/-.0001” (0.0025mm) Gauge Length Control.
Zeiss Contura CMM is used for Gauge Length Control in an climate controlled environment.
